Kongsberg Automotive Driveline will supply automatic gear shifter cables to “a major North American OEM” for full size pickup trucks to be sold in North America.
The contract is valued at an estimated EUR24m (US$27m) over three years. Production will start in the second half of 2017 in Nuevo Laredo Mexico.
