Japanese automaker Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) has reported a 2.8% increase in global production to 82,037 vehicles in November 2025, up from 79,774 units in the same month of the previous year. Production in Japan rose by 4% year-on-year to 44,683 units, while overseas output was up by just 1.4% to 37,354 units.

Sales in Japan declined by over 17% to 9,506 units in November, while exports from Japan fell by 4% to 20,466 units, despite a 44% increase in shipments to North America to 13,521 units.
In the first eleven months of 2025, Mitsubishi produced 807,140 vehicles globally, down by 7.5% compared with 872,590 units in the same period last year. Domestic output declined by 3.7% to 426,131 units, while overseas production fell by over 11% to 381,009 units. Sales in Japan rose by less than 1% to 108,611 units in the eleven-month period, while exports fell by just under 6% to 200,171 units.
