
Mazda Motor Europe has revealed the third-generation Mazda CX-5, a crossover SUV that has become the brand’s “best-selling model” since its debut in 2012.
The all-new Mazda CX-5 launch is set for the end of the year in Europe, with other markets to follow in 2026.
The company said its new model aims to deliver “New Generation Emotional Daily Comfort” by building on its “Soul of Motion” design and “Jinba-Ittai” driving experience.
Mazda said that since its introduction, the SUV has been celebrated for its sporty and urban design, engaging driving dynamics, and interior.
With cumulative global sales surpassing 4.5 million units, the CX-5’s sales span over 100 nations and regions.
Designed to offer usability and comfort, the vehicle features an all-new “Human Machine Interface”, connectivity with the newly added apps, along with the advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

By GlobalDataMazda Europe’s latest offering will be powered by a 2.5-litre direct-injection petrol engine, paired with the Mazda M Hybrid system for enhanced fuel economy and smoother driving.
This mild hybrid system will be available in the new CX-5 for Japan, Europe, and other markets, with performance values tailored to each region.
The overall dimensions of the European model are 4,690mm in length, width of 1,860mm, and a height of 1,695mm, with a five-seater capacity.
