Malaysia’s Sri Elastomers has agreed to establish a tyre and rubber product recycling joint venture with China Automobile Parts Holdings.
A new plant will be built in Xiamen, in China’s Fujian province, to process rubber-based products including end-of-life tyres and manufacture new rubber products.
