Chrysler International has appointed Edaran Otomobil Nasional (EON) as its exclusive distributor for Chrysler and Jeep in Malaysia.
EON is a subsidiary of DRB-Hicom, which controls Proton and other car franchises in the South-east Asian country such as Volkswagen and Honda.
The deal with the US automaker includes an exclusive sales and service agreement for Chrysler vehicles and a non-exclusive agreement to distribute spare parts.
