Total October sales, including commercial vehicles, rose 26.1% to 43,206 units from 34,262 in the same month last year, the Malaysian Automotive Association said in a statement cited by Reuters.
Total sales for the first 10 months of 2004 stood at 399,021 units, up 16.4% from the same period last year, the news agency report added.
