Mullen Technologies, the firm which bought the assets of the bankrupt Miles EV, has announced plans to reintroduce the Coda electric sedan. Its new name will be Mullen 700e.
A pre-production model is on display at the LA auto show but this is merely a Coda with new badges. The firm told reporters that the car’s original manufacturer is set to restart production in China during 2015. This will be at a HaFei plant in the city of Harbin. Batteries are to be supplied by Lishen.
