According to Dow Jones, the association said output increased in every vehicle category, while domestic demand and exports in the month were stronger than a year ago.

Domestic vehicle demand totalled 443,082 units, up 1.3% from a year earlier while the association estimated vehicle exports in the month rose 5% and will release complete export figures later, Dow Jones said.
