Nissan and Microsoft are working together to develop a new dealer management system, the companies told reporters in Tokyo.
The target is to be able to offer customers better services by developing a system which enables its sales companies to share customer information so dealers can respond to customer needs more quickly.
Nissan said that it aims to introduce the new system first in Japan and expand it to overseas markets including China in a bid to increase share on a global scale.
