Mitsubishi Motors Corp. plans to add several hundred workers at a car manufacturing plant in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, according to a Kyodo report.
The report said that around half of the workers will be newly hired as temporary employees and the others will be sent from affiliated companies.
The automaker is also planning to add about 750 workers, including 300 temporary staff, at its Nagoya plant in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture, the report added.
