Mitsubishi Corp. said Monday (3/7/00) that it is to form a joint venture company with California-based e-commerce solution provider Commerce One Inc.
The newly-formed company, expected to be managing markets with an annual turnover of 200-to-300 billion yen in 2003, will create and manage electronic commerce markets for businesses.
