Honda is to re-start work on a test course cancelled in 2008 when the financial crisis hit.
The company’s third test facility in Japan, in Sakura, Tochigi Prefecture, is slated for completion in 2015 and will be used to develop automatic braking systems, driver assistance devices and other safety technologies.
