With 2007 models being introduced starting in February, the automaker is increasing the number of sport utility vehicles with Right-Hand Drive.

The carmaker does not believe it can grow sales of vehicles such as the SRX if it only offers vehicles in Left-Hand Drive spec.

GM is also working to strengthen its after-sales service, the report added.

It will distribute coupons to customers who buy a 2007 Cadillac this year. The coupons can be redeemed when the vehicle receives basic maintenance, such as its first vehicle inspection in three years.
