Auto sales in Japan fell 3.4% in September to 446,687 units compared to same month of 2011. Sales for the January-September period increased 38.7% to 4,277,945 units.
Toyota was the market leader for the January-September period with total sales of 1,330,899 units and 31.1% market share, reported WardsAuto.
