Jaguar Land Rover North America is recalling 6,367 2019-2024 i-Pace units because the high voltage battery may overheat.
The automaker said the battery energy control module software would be updated either by a dealer or through an over the air (OTA) update.
Battery modules would be replaced as necessary and all work would be performed free of charge.
JLRNA said it expected to mail owner notification letters on 21 July, 2023.
