According to a Reuters report, Italy’s crisis-hit industrial group Fiat on Monday denied market and media talk that the group’s chairman Paolo Fresco and chief executive Gabriele Galateri would resign at a scheduled board meeting Tuesday.
“We deny that Fresco and Galateri will present resignations at a board meeting tomorrow,” a Fiat spokesman told Reuters.
