ISRAEL: Intel will produce chips for the car industry in Israel
Intel - the giant US chips manufacturer - is setting up a new venture to produce chips to the car industry, according to a report in Ma'ariv daily. For that purpose Intel is recruiting engineers and programmers for its facility in Jerusalem. Intel already has a few facilities in Israel: a huge plant in Kiryat Gat, an R&D center and another manufacturing facility in Jerusalem.
