According to a statement from the automaker, it set a new production record of 408,280 units for both domestic and foreign markets.
“We have produced 78,691 units of the Roa, 67,423 units of the Samand, our national car; 42,104 units of the Pars, 35,883 Peugeot 206 sedans and 27,865 hatchbacks,” the statement said.
Iran Khodro made 383,038 cars in the same period last year.
The production goal is 620,000 units this year and targeted export volume is 64,000 cars.
