Nissan's premium Infiniti brand is to add a start-up 'LAB' in Hong Kong. Infiniti chairman and global president Roland Krueger today announced the brand would host the fourth version of its startup LAB in Hong Kong to develop start-ups.
Krueger made the announcement at the RISE websummit event today, where he was a keynote speaker.
Krueger said: "Hong Kong is a very entrepreneurial city and RISE is filled with entrepreneurs, so what better place to announce a new initiative to nurture start-ups to support a digital ecosystem, and retail and mobility services than here at RISE.
"Infiniti and our partners NEST will be taking applications soon for our fourth start-up LAB in Hong Kong, which will focus on premium mobility services. Helping start-ups pursue their dreams is always inspiring and it helps all of us at INFINITI to think and act more like a start-up."
Infiniti will host its fourth LAB in Hong Kong this fall with a theme of "premium connected mobility."
Infiniti said that 'LAB 4.0 will help nurture start-ups to support a digital ecosystem, and retail and mobility services'.
