Tata Motors Group global  vehicle sales, including Jaguar Land Rover, rose 13% year on year to 97,225 units and 11% fiscal year to date (from 1 April) to 475,381.

Jaguar Land Rover sales also rose 13% last month to 24,060 vehicles with the fiscal year tally 31% higher at 134,433 units. Jaguar is on 2,960 and 18,798, respectively, and Land Rover’s totals are 21,100 and 115,635.

Commercial vehicle sales including Tata, Tata Daewoo and the Tata Hispano Carrocera range were 4% higher at 50,084 units in August and flat at 228,785 units fiscal YTD.
