Japan’s Sumitomo Corp. plans to acquire 15.62% of Indian commercial vehicle maker Swaraj Mazda Ltd. from Mazda Motor Corp., Reuters reported, citing the National Stock Exchange.
This would take its stake to 41.03%, the report added.
