Tata Motors’ Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) unit sold 36,907 vehicles in September, up 22% year on year.

Land Rover sales rose 31% to 30,652 vehicleswhile Jaguar was off 7% to 6,255.

This calendar year JLR has delivered 269,115 vehicles worldwide, up 37%, with Jaguar up 11% to 41,867 and Land Rover up 44% to 227,248.

Tata Motors Group global wholesales, including Jaguar Land Rover, fell 4% to 103,656 in September. Cumulative wholesales for the fiscal year were up 8% to 579,037.
