Vehicle components maker Pricol on Wednesday said its board has approved the establishment of a 50-50 joint venture in Iran to make instrument clusters and speed sensors.

The JV with Iran’s Nava Khodro Plastic would have a share capital of $US2.5m and the estimated investment in the first three years would be $8.5m, Pricol said in a statement cited by the Reuters news agency.
