IAC has promoted Brian Pour as COO, responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the company’s Operational, Commercial, Engineering, Quality and Procurement disciplines across the global organisation, reporting to president, CEO and director, Robert Miller.

Europe and North America will also be headed each by a president reporting to the COO and overseeing all primary central business functions, including Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Procurement.

Kelli Carney is appointed president of the European region, responsible for global Procurement, a role which carries over from her previous position as SVP of Procurement and Information Technology.

Maurice Sessel is appointed president of the North American region. He will also set strategy and oversee the global core Engineering and research and development functions.

“This new leadership structure is intended to better align with IAC’s strategic direction,” said Miller.

“It brings more accountability to the regions and will help drive IAC’s business to achieve our global performance objectives.”
