Hungary based NABI Bus Industries has won a place in the finals of the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) 2002 Global Corporate Achievement Awards. The Awards recognise outstanding achievements in financial performance, strategic vision, leadership, talent, innovation and brand image and NABI joins finalists including Porsche, Volkswagen, Toyota and Honda.

NABI is one of 30 companies to have been selected from 175 entrants. The winner will be announced on November 13.
NABI said in a statement that its selection reflects its ‘dramatic growth in the US transit bus market where it is a top three player with an order book in excess of $1.1 billion’.
