Daimler’s new plant in Kecskemet, central Hungary, is to introduce a second shift from mid-September, the managing director of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary, Frank Klein, told news agency MTI.

The plant is expected to turn out 100,000-120,000 cars a year, the report added.
