Liu Jin Liang, an executive director of the company, has been responsible for the group’s sales and marketing of new energy vehicles and has ceased his executive responsibilities on directing the group’s domestic sales of motor vehicles, development of customer service and brand management, and domestic and international logistics management of complete buildup units (CBUs) with effect from 16 May.

The board believes that the change in executive responsibilities of Liu will enable the group to better explore business opportunities in the field of new energy vehicles and align with the group’s strategic development and business needs. For the avoidance of doubt, Liu remains as an executive director of the company.
The board also announced that Sun Xiao Dong has been appointed the general manager of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Automobile Sales Company, an indirect subsidiary of the company, with effect from 16 May for overseeing the group’s domestic sales of motor vehicles, development of customer service and brand management, and domestic and international logistics management of complete buildup units (CBUs). Sun is also responsible for the group’s product strategic planning.
Sun was appointed a vice president of Zhejiang Geely Holding in October 2012. He has extensive experience in the sales and marketing of motor vehicles. Prior to joining the group, he served the sales and marketing division of Shanghai General Motors as an executive director for 10 years.
