Hinduja Tech, an engineering and R&D technology company under Ashok Leyland, has completed the acquisition of TECOSIM Group, a Germany-based engineering services provider.

This deal is expected to boost Hinduja Tech’s European presence and support its “vision to be among the top 10 global mobility engineering and R&D companies.”

TECOSIM specialises in simulation, testing, and engineering services, serving industries such as automotive, energy, and manufacturing.

Hinduja Tech noted that the acquisition will result in “operational efficiencies, increased competitiveness, and a stronger global market presence.”

“This acquisition reinforces Hinduja Tech’s vision of becoming a global leader in sustainable mobility solutions,” the company’s press statement read.

Hinduja Tech stated that by combining TECOSIM’s experience with its “proven track record,” it will offer a “comprehensive” range of services, from “advanced” technology innovation to “leading” systems integration.
