The SDV Accelerator expands upon the existing partnership between AWS and HERE, which began in 2022, and it offers resources specifically chosen by both companies.
These resources are particularly important for independent software vendors (ISVs) who are important players in the automotive industry’s move towards using cloud-based systems.
The accelerator also includes guidance to help car companies integrate these new tools into their current development setup.

One of the tools included in SDV Accelerator is SceneXtract, which was created by the companies. It creates virtual driving scenes to test ADAS and autonomous driving features quickly.
SDV Accelerator is designed to help with faster development, lower research and development costs, and more testing.
It supports an open architecture that follows industry standards, allowing for better compatibility and growth while letting car companies keep control over their own systems.
SDV Accelerator offers a way to integrate AWS cloud services, HERE’s technologies, and other partner solutions smoothly, helping car companies manage subscriptions, licences, and usage within their development environments, all through approved methods in the AWS Marketplace.
