Hankook Tyre UK has appointed Chang Yool Han as UK managing director.
Han took up his new position on 1 October, 2019 at the Daventry-based subsidiary.
Prior to his new role, he worked in the Global Marketing Strategy Team in Korea, where he gained experience in sales and marketing.
In addition, he has expertise in logistics with a focus on supply chain management as well as many years of business experience, initially working at Hankook’s European headquarter and subsequently for the German subsidiary.
“Having previously held positions at Hankook Tire in Europe, Han has in-depth knowledge in both the tyre business as well as the European market and can further develop our brand with his sales and marketing expertise in the United Kingdom,” said Hankook Tyre Europe president, Han-Jun Kim.
“We have great confidence in his skills and are pleased to introduce him as the new managing director in the UK.”
