Grammer says it is building its new Group headquarters and research and development centre in Ursensollen in the Amberg-Sulzbach district of Germany.
“By integrating development activities as well as the Group headquarters at a single location, Grammer will be creating the physical basis for enhancing collaboration, leveraging synergistic effects, streamlining communications and heightening the efficiency of its processes,” notes a statement from the supplier.
“Following a careful selection process, Grammer AG has opted in favour of the plans drawn up for Ursensollen. All the plans submitted focused on achieving an appreciable improvement in the working environment and conditions for employees.
“The new complex in Ursensollen will offer Grammer and particularly its employees a blend of a location close to the centre, superb infrastructure and flexible scope for further construction and expansion.”
Grammer specialises in development and production of components and systems for automotive interiors as well as driver and passenger seats for utility and off-road vehicles.
In the Automotive Division, it supplies headrests, armrests and centre console systems to premium automakers and automotive system suppliers.
