Grammer and Allygrow Technologies have set up up a joint venture in India to develop solutions for the automotive and commercial vehicle industry.

“Together we can combine our passion, creativity and expertise to develop products and solutions for our customers,” said Grammer CEO, Manfred Pretscher.

The new joint venture, AllyGram Systems and Technologies, will provide engineering services for Grammer’s global sites.

For his part, AllyGrow Technologies CEO, Prashant Kamat, added: “This partnership indeed is an important milestone in AllyGrow’s journey, which is in line with our growth strategy, Partnering for Growth.
