GM also launched the new Cadillac CT5 luxury midsize sedan in China this month, slotting in below the CT6 model full size model, to be followed later this year by the compact CT4.

Cadillac has continued to perform strongly in China this year despite the overall market weakness with deliveries up by 8.3% at 162,000 units in the first nine months of 2019.
