For the first two months of the year, sales rose 8% to 156,600 vehicles. Mercedes-Benz sales rose 23% in February to 76,100 units boosted by new B-, M-, R- and S-class models. Year to date sales were up 14% to 140,600 units.
Deliveries in Western Europe rose 18% in February to 42,800 units while US sales were up 28% to 17,400. Asia/Pacific region sales jumped 38% to a record 9,500 units.
