The 1.5-litre TDCi diesel engine with CO2 emissions of 99g/km and fuel economy of 3.8 l/100 km (74.3 mpg) in the ECOnetic model delivers a claimed 6% improvement over the outgoing 1.6-litre TDCi. PowerShift transmission availability marks the first time a diesel auto option has been available.
