Jacques Rivoal (54) will become president of Volkswagen Group France, from 2 January, 2013. He takes over from Marie Christine Caubet (61), who is retiring.
Rivoal joined VW in 2010. He started at Renault in 1984 and has worked mostly in distribution, holding various positions in France up to 1996 and was general manager for Renault/Nissan in Germany from 2000. From 2009 Rivoal was responsible for Europe prior to joining VW to head passenger cars in France.
