German truck maker and industrial group MAN AG restated its 2005 sales to EUR14.671bn (US$17.64bn) on Wednesday to reflect accounting changes for its trucks division.
According to Reuters, it had originally reported group sales of EUR14.955bn. The change reflects MAN’s decision no longer to fully book as sales the value of leased vehicles.
The change reportedly had no impact on operating earnings.
