Former ZF Lenksysteme will now be known as Robert Bosch Automotive Steering.
The corresponding entry in the commercial register was made today (11 March).
Prior to that, Bosch completed the acquisition of the 50% share in the former joint venture ZF Lenksysteme, which was held by ZF Friedrichshafen on 30 January, 2015.
