Frank Lutz, chief financial officer (CFO) of MAN, is leaving the company.
He has agreed with the supervisory board to terminate his contract with immediate effect. Chief executive officer Georg Pachta-Reyhofen will assume his responsibilities.

The supervisory board thanked Lutz for his work. H joined the company in 2006 as senior vice president for finance and was appointed CFO on the executive board of MAN SE in 2009.
