BMW Group’s Rolls-Royce has named one-time Mini body manufacturing chief Frank Ludwig director of manufacturing. He was most recently director, painted body, at the BMW plant in Leipzig, Germany.
Ludwig joined BMW in 2002 as general manager, manufacturing body in white, at the Mini factory in Oxford. He replaces Jörg Bause, who is moving to a senior post at BMW South Africa.
