BMW Group November sales worldwide grew 11.5% year on year to 107,686 but were down 12.2% year to date at 1,162,510.

But sales and marketing chief was upbeat: “Since September, sales have been back on the growth track. In November we achieved another substantial increase in our global deliveries. We intend to continue this trend in December,” he said in a statement on Tuesday.
BMW brand sales rose 11.1% to 90,383 units last month and were off 12.8% to 963,712 year to date.
Mini volume grew 13.8% to 17,199 last month and fell 8.9% to 198,163 for the year so far.
Rolls-Royce deliveries last month were off 5.5% at 104 and down 40% to 1,055 year to date.
With gains in Europe, Asia, Oceania and Africa the BMW Group was able to improve its sales figures on almost all continents in [November],” BMW said.
European group sales were up 11.9% to 63,999 units.
The Asian region saw a 33.3% climb to 16,030 last month with the largest market, China, remained up almost 40% to to 8,470 vehicles. There were also gains of up to 140% in many smaller Asian markets..
US BMW sales inched up 3.2% to 15,708 but Mini plunged 43.6% to 2,564, taking group sales down 7.5% to 18,272. South American markets maintained a strong growth trend seen last month with deliveries in Brazil up 415.5% to 897 and Argentina up 37.6% to 249.
