German diesel cold-start specialist Beru said on Wednesday that its board accepted BorgWarner Germany GmbH’s offer of €67.50 ($US90.50) a share and considered it “fair and appropriate”, according to Reuters.

BorgWarner Inc. last week had offered to buy all outstanding Beru shares for €67.50 each after it agreed to buy a 63% stake from several key shareholders for €59 ($79) a share, the report added.
