PSA Peugeot Citroën has posted unit sales up 4.3% to 2,939m vehicles in 2014 with sales in China – its largest market – up a whopping 31.9% to 734,000 units.
The group also said that it managed an annual increase of 8.1% in Europe with 1,761,000 vehicles sold.

The company said that Peugeot sales were boosted by a strong contribution from the 308 as well as its 2008 and 3008 crossovers.
Citroën brand strong performing models included the C4 Picasso and C4 Cactus with the C-Elysée described as a “resounding success” in China, where it is Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile’s (DPCA’s) best-selling model with more than 100,000 units sold.
