It will be produced in France, at the production sites of Sochaux and Mulhouse and will be available in three and five door versions.


Peugeot says that the 308 will also be a ‘very environmentally friendly vehicle’.


Industry sources say that the car will be made available, at some point, with a diesel-electric hybrid powertrain option.
