Nissan Europe has named Bryan Barr its new vice president of finance, replacing Peter Dickey who moves into the role of director of business development.

Barr will oversee all areas of finance, including financial planning, control, tax strategy and accounting of Nissan’s European operations in 31 countries and will report directly to Eric Nicolas, senior vice president of administration and finance with immediate effect.


Barr, 43, has a wealth of experience from the finance and auditing sector in both France and the US. He joins Nissan Europe from Crown Holdings where he spent 15 years in a number of senior roles.


“Bryan joins us with a full career history and proven track-record in the field of finance. I am confident that he will play a key role in achieving Nissan’s ambitious business plan for sustainable, profitable growth,” said Nicolas.
