Faurecia plans to open an interiors factory in Blue Springs, Missouri.

The new palnt will create 300 jobs and begins production later this year, ramping up to full output by the end of 2020.

Total spend is expected to be around US$60m on the 250,000 sq ft plant.

Faurecia will manufacture and assemble door panels and instrument panels in the new factory. It already employs 600 people in the state at its clean mobility plant in Dexter and a seating factory in Wentzville.
