from 1,257 in February 2000, according to provisional totals provided to just-auto.com.

Cars and car-derived commercial vehicles fell 64.7% to 433 from 1,228, while
commercial vehicles rose 48.3% to 43 from 29.

Year to date, output declined 71.3% to 516 in 2001 from 1,800 in 2000. Cars
and car-derived commercial vehicles decreased 75.1% to 433 from 1,739, as nothing
was made in January 2001. Commercial vehicles increased 36.1% to 83 from 61.

The company, based southeast of Belgrade in Kragujevac, plans production of
29,489 in 2001, including 28,089 cars and car-based commercial vehicles plus
1,400 commercial vehicles.

In 2000 versus 1999, output was up 160.4% to 12,782 from 4,908. Growth registered:
165.7% for cars and car-derived commercial vehicles to 12,264 from 4,616; and
77.4% for commercial vehicles to 518 from 292.
