“We stopped production in June and that is it,” a Cadillac Europe spokesman told just-auto. “We are selling out of the last BLS cars, we sold all of them to the dealers.”
“The only thing I can say is six months ago Cadillac announced it would offer a new vehicle in a similar size to the BLS below the CTS, but whether or not it will be called the BLS, I don’t know. It won’t be this year or next year, but 2011.”
Cadillac is close to unveiling its updated European marketing plans and new models ahead of the Geneva show.
It is working on new distribution arrangements following the bankruptcy of independent Netherlands-based European importer Kroymans last year.
