Allison Transmission and Agrale, a Brazilian microbus chassis and light trucks
maker, have signed a commercial agreement for the exclusive supply of automatic
transmissions for microbus chassis until the end of 2003.

Agrale and Allison expect the agreement will help increase the use of bus automatic
transmissions. Agrale leads the microbus chassis sales league in Brazil.
