Wolfgang Braun has been appointed chairman of Eissmann Automotive Deutschland from 1 January, 2019 and will assume responsibility for the Group worldwide.

Braun’s experience includes Faurecia Interior Systems, Schenk Plastic Solutions and Faurecia again where – before moving to Eissmann – he held the position of VP, North European Region as well as CEO of the SAS Automotive Group, a joint venture between Faurecia and Continental.

In addition, Braun continues to be deputy chairman of the advisory board of Weber-Hydraulik Group.

For 50 years, the Swabian company has developed into a globally-operating corporation with a presence on three continents.

As a manufacturer of shifter modules, trim components and complete automotive interiors, Eissmann works in partnership with virtually all well-known manufacturers in the automotive industry.

The headquarters of Eissmann Group Automotive are at the company’s base in Bad Urach. The Development, Sales, Design and Administration departments are all based there and a proportion of production also takes place in the same place.
